Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that Mistico Gifts do not offer change of mind returns, so please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns on sale items.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Mistico Gifts will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.
To start a return, please contact us at info@misticogifts.com.au to be assigned with instructions on how and where to send your package. You must return the item to our company address, which will be provided at point of contact. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Costs of the shipping to the company address will be at the customers expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Repairs and exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please indicate in your email whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange or repair so we are able to fulfil your request to the best of our ability.
